2009-10 SEASON

Beautiful 3 BR, 2.5 BA cottage one block from the beach access at First Street! Deck and covered porch with furniture and swing, fenced yard, Bermuda grass lawn, grill, outside shower with sink and toilet, washer, dryer, phone, dishwasher, microwave, central air & heat, ceiling fans, beautiful hardwood floors, tastefully decorated, great neighborhood and covered parking.   Amenities include 4 TV’s, 3 VCR’s, 3 DVD players, Playstation 2 with games, stereo, tapes, DVDs, board games, bikes, some beach chairs, boogie boards and beach toys. The amenities are there at the start of the season but we cannot be responsible for any damage or theft to these items.  These things take up precious room in your vehicle so we hope that everyone will take care of these items so that we can continue to offer them as a convenience to our guests.  Please, no pets, no smoking.

Check-in 2:00 pm / check-out 10:00 am (subject to change).

The cottage is fully furnished, including blankets, pillows, dishes, silverware, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker and toaster. All you need to bring is your bed linens, towels, beach chairs and personal items.  Departure cleaning arrangements have been made for your vacation convenience.
